DELIVERY MODE
Registered Shipping:
For local express shipping, delivery is 1-2 working days once your tracking code is provided. For international express shipping, transit time between airports ranges from 5-10 days once your tracking code is provided. These transit times are subject to custom's clearance, transport conditions and volume of mail traffic. Any international item has acceptance process procedure and actual delivery time to the recipient is based on practices by postal administration of that country under their own jurisdiction. Customers are advised to check with your local Post Office three (3) working days from the date the parcel leaves Malaysia.

DELIVERY TIMELINE
Your item(s) will be processed within 15-20 working days* excluding Weekends & Public Holidays (subject to custom clearance) upon payment notification received. All orders have to be processed/packed for shipment arrangement and the delivery timeline might be subjected to custom clearance and logistic handling/processes. We will email you tracking code once your parcel is despatched from our warehouse.
*Please note all items are pre order (15-20 working days) and local shipping time (3-5 working days SUBJECT TO COURIER SERVICE) is counted after parcel is sent out from our warehouse.
Custom Fees (If applicable)
For orders outside Malaysia, kindly note parcels may be subject to import duties and taxes once it has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
