Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We will carefully check through all our stocks before sending it over to you to ensure all items that you have purchased are in its best condition.
Please select your purchase items carefully, as once a product has been paid for, and goods received in working order, you will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns for items ordered incorrectly or due to a change of mind.
Exchange & return are allowed with following terms:-
Exchanges can only be done for items with defects. Defects include holes, faulty stitching and discoloration. Loose threads, size issues and removable stains will not be considered as defects.
All returns notifications must be made within 3 days of delivery date. Any re-delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
During packing, we perform general checks on the zips and fabric.
Exchanges can only be done for similar items in the same size and same color subject to availability.
Applicable for Exchange*:
1) Wrong Merchandise Shipped
2) Defective goods
3) Items must remain unworn and unwashed. We do not allow exchange or refund if the items are not in its original, resellable conditions.
Not Applicable for Exchange
1) Items that are unpacked, washed and worn.
2) Sales Item are not applicable for exchange or refund.
3) Items damaged due to not able to be stretched.
4) Items damages caused by mishandling of garments during washing.
5) Items of slight color differences due to photo-taking being subjected to different lightings
6) Please allow 2-3cm of difference in our measurements. In such cases, this variance will not be considered as a defect and is not liable for exchange.
7) Item with subjective reasons for returns: e.g. not good looking, changing mind, do not like the color, fabric not high-quality enough, not comfortable to wear, not as pretty as expected, too transparent etc
8) Size issues
After you have received your order, you have 24 hours to report any DEFECT / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED / SIZE RELATED ISSUE to us by emailing service@labelmira.com
*Please deliver the return items to our address within 7 days upon receiving the our email via any courier method of your choice. All return postage are to be borne by customers. Labelmira reserves the right to refuse/reject any request if the returned item(s) failed to reach to us within 7 days.
* PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ALL RETURN PARCELS MUST REACH US WITHIN 7 DAYS. WE STRONGLY ADVISE CUSTOMERS TO DEAL WITH RETURNING OF PARCEL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - LABELMIRA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY REQUEST IF PARCEL DOES NOT REACH US WITHIN GIVEN TIMELINE
Please note that any return request that is submitted beyond 24 hours upon receiving the item will not be entertained. We will base on PosLaju system timestamp to determine the valid period for all return requests. For example, if we deliver your item on 2nd Jan, PosLaju will normally deliver the item on next business day which is 3rd Jan, then you will have the whole of 4th Jan to log a case to us should you require a return / exchange request.
All items sold are not refundable, we will issue store credit to you only if (i) the item is having defect and there is no more stock to replace your purchase or (ii) the purchased items went out of stock and no longer available to be pre-ordered. Refunds are subject to 5% processing charge.
Please note that:
- The responsibility of the package is yours until it reaches back to us. Hence, please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage and we strongly recommend using a traceable delivery method such as registered mail or courier service for your peace of mind. Kindly ensure the plastic are intact before returning the item back to us.
- We are only able to accept original/unused item in their original packaging without any stains, smell of perfumes, in new condition, together with the product label and complete accessories if any.
- If the item is unsuitable for a return/exchange upon inspection. We reserve the rights to refuse accepting the said returned item and will always notify about the exact reason if that is the case.
- It may take few days for the return package to reach us, we will inspect the package once we have received the return item(s) and process the request as soon as possible and keep you updated with the status.
